New student registration fee OR late re-registration fee

Field trip fee
$50 per year (ferry and admissions expenses)
School supplies fee
$30 per year
(We purchase items on your behalf to ensure quality, continuity and availability throughout the year.)

Tuition

Half day Pre-Kindergarten – $5960 per year

BC Residents:

Half day Kindergarten – $3335 per year

Full day Kindergarten/Primary/Intermediate – $4180 per year

Non-BC residents: ( students ineligible for BC Ministry of Education funding)

Half day Kindergarten — $3335 + $4000 (gov’t portion) = $7335

(govʼt portion approximate – to be confirmed in June of each year)

Full day Kindergarten/Primary/Intermediate —  $4180 + $4900 ( gov’t portion) = $9080.00
(govʼt portion approximate – to be confirmed in June of each year)

Fees to be paid either in full or by monthly Direct Deposit – bank forms will be requested to finalize registration. 

 ** Tuition paid in full by August 1st will receive a 3% discount. **

All tuition payments may be subsidized by commitment to the Work Exchange Program. Families requiring further financial assistance are welcome to make an application to our Subsidy Fund.

By signing and submitting completed enrolment documents, families are committing to the full academic year and the school plans accordingly. Should a family wish to withdraw their child during the school year, they will be liable for payment of full fees for the entire school year. 

CONDITIONS
In support of a successful education program, parents are required to commit to the following guidelines:

• Ensure punctuality and attendance, call in absence, illness or lateness.
• Attend monthly FOCUS (parent) meetings.
• Read weekly online newsletters.
• Assist with homework.
• Follow through with phone trees.
• Follow the guidelines in the Parent Handbook, as passed by the GES Board.
• Participate in school fundraisers – in order for our small school to maintain the strength of our academic and social programs, we ask parents to commit to helping with fundraising/public events, specifically with our Fall Fair (Sept.), Winterfest (Dec.), Art Auction (Apr.) and Spring Play (May).
